We use premium Australian beef and pork slow cooked to form a rich ragu style Bolognese, and layer it between freshly handmade lasagna sheets and a creamy béchamel sauce. All topped with a sprinkle of Italian parmesan cheese.
This large 2kg family size serves: 6-8
Serving suggestion: Oven bake for a little touch of crispy goodness and pair with Enzo’s crusty garlic bread.
