Enzo’s at Home offers the ability to build a custom delivery box and have your own selection of our authentic ready made Italian meals delivered to your door, with the option to subscribe to deliveries on a regular basis (Coming Soon). Choose between 10 to 20 items and select your delivery frequency, either one-time, or monthly. You can always customise your subscription later by swapping, removing, or adding items using our customer portal.

Our service is flexible. You can skip a week, pause, or modify your subscription plan up to 2 days before your next scheduled delivery. You are only locked in until your second subscription order, after which you may cancel your subscription up to 2 days before your next scheduled delivery.

Meals are sealed in recyclable containers and delivered in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness.

Yes, our meals can be heated safely as they come in both the microwave and oven (film and all), just follow the instructions on the packaging. Take care when removing as contents and packaging will be hot.

We pack all our home deliveries with insulation and ice, we are more than happy to leave them on a doorstep/front porch, however we do highly recommend that your Enzo’s at Home meals are put into refrigerated storage as soon as possible after being delivered.

Yes, if you are located in the South Australian metropolitan area we would love to see you at our factory outlet at 244A Grange Rd, Flinders Park SA 5025 to pick up your order during staffed hours.

Our couriers cannot enter properties with unrestrained dogs or locked gates. If you are not home, please leave clear instructions at checkout (e.g., "Leave at front gate"). If the courier cannot safely deliver your order, it will be returned to us, and a redelivery fee may apply.

All meals are prepared fresh and delivered chilled to ensure optimal taste and texture.​

Yes, using our Build Your Delivery system you can customise your box by selecting meals that suit your dietary needs and preferences.

For best results, defrost the product fully and reheat according to instructions on the packet.

Meals will last for a minimum of 7 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, depending on the type of meal and date of preparation. They will last up to 12 weeks in the freezer if you freeze the meals upon delivery.

Modifications to existing subscription orders are not possible due to preparation schedules.​ Any changes made to your subscription order in the customer portal will come into effect for your next delivery.

If you live in SA, we may be able to service desired changes to your order, but if you are based interstate, order changes may not be possible. In any case, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Our meal trays, carton wrappers, and delivery boxes are recyclable. The plastic film is designated to landfill, and we advise that customers check with their local council for specific regulations. Ice packs can be reused or disposed of according to local council guidelines.

We source ingredients locally where possible to reduce carbon footprint, and minimise food waste by donating any excess food product we produce to our local community.
