CANCELLATION POLICY
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or cancellation in the event of a major failure.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. By signing up, you consent to recurring charges on your nominated payment method.
If you want to cancel, pause, or skip a subscription order, please reach out to us at info@enzosathome.com.au. Subscription order confirmation emails will be sent out 3 days before your next order is scheduled. Your order confirmation emails have links to your customer portal. The customer portal enables you to manage your subscription. Any subscription order modifications will take effect for the next scheduled delivery.
