Our Spinach Pumpkin and Ricotta lasagna ready made meal is a favorite – Nonna would be so proud!
This 2kg sized lasagna is enough to feed a family of 6-8.
We take roasted pumpkin, spinach, local ricotta, Enzo’s traditional Napoletana sauce and, layer it between freshly handmade lasagna sheets and top it with a sprinkle of Italian Parmesan cheese before baking to perfection.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a fresh orange and fennel salad
